Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

 Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.
