ORDER

The complainant with his advocate and the O.P. who is in person are present. In move for settlement in order to keep cordiality between the complainant and O.P. wherein the complainant submitted that he is a customer of O.P. After bargain the claim of the complainant is settled to a total sum of Rs.2,000/- for which the O.P. has agreed. Hence, the O.P. shall pay Rs.2,000/- as damages to the complaint. The O.P. prays time for paying the amount. The O.P. is given time for payment of damages till 17.12.2008. In the event of the O.P. failing to pay the said amount on or before 17.12.2008 he shall pay interest at 15% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment.
