Today is fixed for SR and Appearance as regards Jdrs. SR showing service of notice upon the Jdrs. has not yet been received. But on behalf of the Jdr. No.2 it’s Manager, Sitabhra Basak is present personally. Being asked he has submitted his identity card. The identity card submitted by Mr. Basak is verified and the same is returned to Mr. Basak. On call Mr. Basak on behalf of the Jdr. No.2 has filed a petition praying to drop the execution case stating that the Jdr. No.2 has already complied with all the directions as given vide final order of C.C. No.58/2016 by replacing the Laptop and by paying the compensation amount and litigation cost with interest. In support of the contentions of the petition Mr. Basak has submitted the photocopies of the bank draft showing payment of Rs.11,220/- and the invoice showing handing over the Laptop Lenovo G5080(ulin/5i3/4/1tb/2g/win10) 889955084910 valued Rs.30,622/-. Mr. Basak has also submitted a receipt issued by the Dhr. acknowledging the receipt of the awarded amount. The documents filed by Mr. Basak be kept with the record. Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. is present. He has submitted before this Forum that over telephone he has come to know from the Dhr. that the Jdr. No.2 has complied with the directions as mentioned in the final order under execution and as such this execution case may be disposed of on full satisfaction.
We carefully perused all the documents submitted by Mr. Basak and the final order under execution. We are of the opinion that the final order under execution has been fully satisfied. Accordingly, the case should be disposed of on full satisfaction. Hence, it is

that the execution case being No.33/2016 is disposed of on full satisfaction.
Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
