1. Reliance Retail Limited Reliance Digital, Property no.138, Municipal no.19/991, Dyal Singh Colony, Kunjpura Road Karnal through its Manager/Properietor/partner.

2. Samsung India Private Limited, 20^th 24^th floor , Tow Horizone Centre, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5, Sector 43, Gurgaon through its Manager/MD.

3. Samsung Service Centre, Shop no.17, Assa Ram Market, Model Town, Karnal through its Manager.

            ………Opposite parties.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   Learned counsel of complainant suffered a statement that due to inadvertence the second complaint has been filed. Now compromise has been effected the earlier complaint. So, he do not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                    In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File consigned to the record room after due compliance.
