This petition has been filed by the complainant to restore the complaint into file. Earlier the complaint was dismissed on non-production of documents (bill). According to opposite party, complainant has neither mentioned the date of purchase nor produced the bill of purchase. Complainant has not produced any documents along with complaint. Complainant has not produced any documents along with Restoration Petition also. Inview of the above we do not find any ground to allow restoration petition. The Restoration Petition deserves to be dismissed.
