     Written arguments on behalf of OP No.1 have been filed.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that he withdraws the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action before the competent court. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action before the competent court.
