     Vide statement dated 10.05.2024 received from the complainant/DH through registry, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant has received an amount of Rs.89,125/- towards full and final satisfaction of the award passed in CC/572/2021 and the said amount has duly been credited in his account and complainant does not want to pursue his present execution application and prayed for withdrawal of the same being fully satisfied and also prayed that it be disposed of in National Lok Adalat. In view of the statement of the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
