Present:- Sh.Raman Kumar Bhardwaj, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant.
  Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2.
 
           File taken up today as on 02.12.2020 the Member was on leave. Today case is fixed for filing Written Statement by Opposite Parties.  Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 suffered the statement which is recoreded separately that he hereby offer to settle the claim of the complainant @ Rs.55,000/- as full and final amount.  The amount will be paid to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of order passed by this Hon'ble Commission and statement of the Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 read over to Counsel for the Complainant, who admited the samed as true and correct and further submitted that the case of the complainant may be decided accordingly.
            In view of the statement given by Ld.Counsel for the Complainant as well as Ld. Counsel for OPs No.1 & 2, parties has settled the matter by way of amicable. So, accordingly the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction to the OPs to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.55,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order, failing which the OP will further liable to pay interest thereon @ 12% per annum from the date of filing complaint, till realization. File be consigned to the Record Room.
