          Ld., lawyer of the complainant has submitted his case for admission. Upon submission of the ld. lawyer and on perusal of the entire materials on record we are of the views that the case cannot be entertained since there is no cogent document in the record to support the complainant for his claim in respect of sanction of loan against the policies for which it is crystal clear that there is no deficiency even prima facie has been established in respect of the service by o.p. towards the complainant.

          In view of the above observation we are of the view that it is not just and proper to entertain the instant case for the ends of justice and hence rejected.
