The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the present complaint being defective, he does not want to pursue with the same and he may be permitted to file afresh before the competent authority. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
