EXTRACT COPY OF ORDER DATED 02.03.2019

            The advocate for the D.H.R. filed a not press memo alongwith an advance petition. On the strength of the advance petition the record is put up today. The advocate for the D.H.R. has mentioned in his memo that the DHR has already received the decretal amount alongwith interest i.e. Rs.2,31,020/- from the JDR vide HDFC Bank cheque No.104336 dated 05.02.2019, as such he does not want to proceed with the case.  The copy of the memo has been seen by the advocate for trhe JDR. On being asked the DHR admitted that he has already receive the HDFC cheque No. 104336 dated 05.02.2019 of Rs.2,31,020/- and does not want to proceed with the case.

            In view of the memo and admission of the DHR that he has received the cheque of Rs.2,31,020/-, this case is closed.
