Complainant has filed this application alleging that the parties have settled amicably out of Court and the complainant, therefore, wants to withdraw the complaint.  It is prayed that the complainant may be permitted to withdraw the complaint.

          Parties counsel confirm that the dispute between the parties has since been settled out of court.

          In view of settlement of dispute between the parties out of court, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.
