Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On 28.8.2015 also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant for leading evidence. However, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 7.9.2015 subject to deposit of costs of Rs.200/- in the Consume Legal Aid Account. Again on 7.9.2015, none appeared on behalf of the complainant for leading evidence. However, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 10.9.2015 subject to deposit of costs of Rs.300/- in the Consume Legal Aid Account. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Costs also not paid. It seems that the complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
