The document submitted by the complainant is incomplete. The complainant claimed that she had executed a Deed of Lease with the Manager, Department of Finance, Reliance JIO Infratel Pvt. Ltd. The copy of the deed does not include the name of the complainant or the O.Ps and does not properly executed. It is a matter of non receiving of rent for the land rented to the opposite party by the complainant.

Clearly this case does not come under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The complainant cannot claim herself as a consumer under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 vide Section 2 (7) (ii).

Under the above circumstances, this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.
