A joint compromise has  been filed by either side . If is stated in the compromise petition that complainant has received Rs 4000 and Rs 3800 refund of security deposit amount agreed between the parties from the opposite party . so this case may be disposed of before the Lok Adalat .

                            In View of the settlement arived at between the parties this case is disposed of before The National Lok Adalat . Keep the record in the record room .
