On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that On 03.07.2018 both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties and listed for recording of settlement thereafter no appearance has been entered by the complainant after 13.02.2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. It seems that matter has been settled between the parties..
