None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls whereas learned counsel Smt. Anjali Gusain for respondent has appeared through video conferencing.

This appeal is very old, but inspite of all the fixed several dates, the appellant is not appearing before the Commission for contesting the appeal. It appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue the appeal.

On account of the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.

Record of the District Commission be remitted to the concerned District Commission with a copy of the order for perusal and necessary information.
