Both parties are absent today.  Appellant is remaining absent through out in spite of notice published on Notice Board of this Commission, Bar and on Internet as well as by way of abundant precaution separate intimation by post on 31/10/2011 and 18/01/2012.  In pursuance of said intimation, respondents put their appearances.  Under the circumstances, we pass the following order :-

1.       Appeal stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
