ORDER

     Sh.Rahul Dev Singh, Advocate, has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of complainants/DHs. The learned counsel for JDs has stated that the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, has partly accepted the appeal filed by OPs and the order of this Commission has been modified.

     At this stage, vide separate statement, Sh.Rahul Dev Singh, Advocate for Complainants/DHs alongwith Mrs.Ritika Virdi, Complainant/DH No.1 in person & also on behalf of Complainant/DH No.4 & 5 being minor, has stated that the OPs/JDs have already deposited the amount with the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh and the complainants/DHs will move an appropriate application before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh for getting/releasing the amount due, hence, at this stage, complainants does not press the present execution application and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to receiving the amount due from the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn subject to receiving the amount due.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
