                  Respondents No.1 & 2 ex parte.

      None for respondent No.3.

       

                 This complaint has been called several times since 10.30AM to 3.00PM but complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through any Advocate.  Further wait is unjustified. Moreover correct address of respondent No.3 has not furnished by the complainant, it appears to the Forum the complainant is no more willing to prosecute this complaint. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant. Record be consigned to the records. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on same cause of action subject to period of limitation.
