Perusal of the record shows that complainant was lastly appeared on 14.02.2020 thereafter Court Notice was sent vide order dated 09.02.2022 wherein complainant was present on 23.05.2023 after receiving the court notice. Thereafter, again on the last date of hearing as well as today he did not appeared. Even otherwise this Commission has not territorial jurisdiction to decide the matter. This objection has been specifically taken by the OP2 in their Written Statement. In these circumstances, complaint is dismissed for lack of territorial jurisdiction. File be consigned to record room.
