Dated the 29th day of December, 2011 ORDER The Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 8.12.2011 passed in FA No.334 of 2011 stayed the operation of the impugned order, subject to deposit of half of the amount, awarded in this case, with the concerned District Forum, within 20 days, in addition to the amount already deposited, at the time of filing the appeal and after the amount is deposited, the District Forum shall deposit the same, in the shape of F.D.R in a Nationalized Bank, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed. It has been further stated that the amount of the F.D.R. alongwith interest thereon shall be paid to the party, which ultimately succeeds in the lis. The demand draft of Rs.3,52,373/- bearing draft No.671978, dated 22.12.2011 drawn on HDFC Bank, was submitted by the applicant before this Forum on 26.12.2011. The office is directed to deposit the said draft in the bank account of the Forum and the amount so collected be deposited in the shape of F.D.R. in a Nationalized Bank, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed, in compliance of the order dated 8.12.2011 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.334 of 2011. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
