Registry has mistakenly registered these proceedings as first appeal because the order sought to be challenged in these proceedings is an order passed by the State Commission of Haryana in first appeal No. 1309 of 2010, which was filed by the complainant against the order dated 29.07.2010 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sonepat. Even if we treat the present proceedings as revision petition under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, we find no good ground to interfere with the concurrent findings recorded by the fora below. The appeal as such is dismissed.
