ORDER

The opposite party had deposited a cheque for Rs. 7,757/- dated 27.04.2010 to be paid to the complainant in satisfaction of the claim of the complainant. In view of the deposit of cheque by the opposite party the matter requires to be closed since, the matter has been settled and the complainant has got relief. Since, the complainant remains absent today and also on last day of hearing the cheque was not handed over to him. Office is directed to keep the cheque in safe custody to be delivered to the complainant. In view of giving of cheque by the opposite party the complaint requires to be closed as matter is settled. Hence, the complaint is closed. The complainant can collect the cheque from the office. MEMBER PRESIDENT
