As per report of Nazir an amount of Rupees 2,35,900/- has been deposited by the JD with this Office.

        In compliance of order of Hon’ble H.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in FA No.159/2015 dated 10-09-2015, the said amount has been released in favour of DH vide separate order of even date made on application for release of amount. Accordingly, the execution in hand is disposed of as fully satisfied. It after needful be consigned to record room.
