Petition dated 19/09/2023 filed by O.P No. 1 and 2 is taken up for hearing. Heard both sides. Petition is registered as M.A. Case No. 204/2023. Heard both sides. Perused record. Also perused the petition of complaint.

In para no. 5, Complainant stated that Complainant took loan from Sriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. to the tune of Rs. 8,00,000/-. Accordingly, we find that present case should be adjudicated in presence of Sriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd.

Hence, the petition filed by O.P No. 1 and 2 praying for inclusion the financer i.e. Sriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. of the vehicle in question No. WB 93/0524 is allowed.

Complainant is directed to take necessary steps in this behalf by 04/01/2024.
