Complainant and the OP both absent. From perusal of the record it appears that  vide order dated 26.07.2023 complainant was directed to furnish the details of the amount paid by him to the hypothicator finanacer i.e. OP no-3 and 4 but since thereafter the complainant is regularly absent till date despite granting adjournment on 31.07.2023 and 09.08.2023.

As such, it appears that the complainant has lost interest in this case of year 2015.

Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
