This order will dispose of the misc. application filed by the Complainant for necessary directions to KLG (Hyundai) for carrying out inspection in the premises of Opposite Party No.3 (Joshi Automobiles).

          Learned Counsel for Opposite Party No. 3 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

          “On the instructions of my client M/s Joshi Auto Zone, I have no objection, if the vehicle is inspected by the representative of the M/s KLG Hyundai at that premises, provided that the vehicle is inspected in the presence of the surveyor / representative of the insurance company. Advance notice of the inspection may also be given to M/s Joshi Auto Zone for the same.”

          Learned Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

“On the instructions of my client OPs No.1 & 2, I have no objection, if the vehicle is inspected by the representative of the M/s KLG Hyundai at the premises of M/s Joshi Auto Zone. Advance notice of the inspection may also be given by M/s KLG Hyundai to OPs No. 1 & 2 through counsel.”

          In view of the above no objection, M/s KLG Hyundai is directed to inspect the vehicle on or before 20.11.2012, after giving 07 days prior notice to the parties.   A copy of this order be placed on the main complaint case i.e. CC/804/2010.

          Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of charge and file be consigned to record room.
