Present:          Shri Paramdeep Shimar, learned counsel for the decree holder.

                        Shri Yogesh Sharma, learned counsel for the judgment debtors.

                        Learned counsel for the decree holder, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that he has received cheque bearing no.610594 dated 30.12.2019 and cheque bearing no.610593 both dated 30.12.2019 amounting of  Rs.74,305/- and Rs.13,49,222/- from the judgment debtor, so he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the above statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
