Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Representative of the complainant is present.  On perusal of the complaint petition it appears that the complainant resides at 4, Panchanan Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 002 under P.S. – Chitpur and the sole OP carries their business at Thappar House, 4^th floor, 163, S.P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 026, P.S – Tollygung.  The address of both the complainant and the OP are beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the instant Consumer Complaint and as such the same is rejected due to lack of territorial jurisdiction.

The CDF Unit-II CC No. 82/2024 is thus disposed of.
