Jaibir, aged 35 years son of Sh. Lakhi Ram, resident of village & Post Office Sanghi, Tehsil & Distt. Rohtak, Haryana.

  1. Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd., SCO 400, 401 & 402, 2nd Floor, HDFC Bank Ltd. Model Town, Delhi Road, Rohtak, through its Branch Manager.
  2. Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. unit C-42 Pawane, T.T.C. Industrial Area M.I.D.C. Yurbhe, New Mumbai Maharashtra through its Manager/In-charge.

Present:       Complainant in person with his counsel.

                   Shri Sameer Gambhir, Advocate for opposite parties.

                  

                   Learned counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant for Rs.97,000/-. The complainant will submit letter of indemnity bond, subrogation letter, affidavit, NOC(no objection certificate) from finance company, and Form no.35, 26, 28, 29 and 30. He further submitted that payment will be made after 60 days from the date of deposit of alleged documents. He further submitted that they will not claim further in this case.  

                   Complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement. The alleged documents have been given to the counsel of company. In case company demands any other documents, the same will be given to them.

                   In view of the statement made above, the present complaint is hereby disposed off with directions to the opposite parties to make the alleged payment of Rs.97,000/- after 60 days of deposit of documents by the complainant. Parties shall be bound with their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
