Due to non-filing of correct address, copy and RC, notice to opposite parties No.1 to 3 & 5 was not issued. Again a date is requested for filing the same. The complainant has already availed several effective opportunities. Hence, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Commission.
