The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the present complaint being defective, he does not want to pursue with the same and he may be permitted to file afresh. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, while filing the fresh complaint, the period spent before the Forum, shall stands condoned for the purpose of limitation. The parties concerned be communicated to the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
