Both the parties are absent on repeated calls.

On perusal of record, it is found that fresh notice was issued to complainant on dt.27/09/2022. In-spite of notice of this commission, complainant was absent on dt.27/10/2022, 07/11/2022, 23/11/2022. Vide order dt.14/12/2022 final chance was given to the complainant to adduce evidence and matter was fixed to date 16/12/2022, on dt.16/12/2022 both the parties were absent and matter was fixed to 03/01/2023. On 03/01/2023, complainant was also absent.

To-day in spite of repeated call, the complainant is absent.

Hence, the complaint petition is dismissed due to lack of evidence and for non-prosecution of the complaint case.
