                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.50 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainnt.  From the perusal of the zimini orders, we found that neither the complainant nor his counsel is appearing in this case since 15.10.2015.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant for the last more than one year and 3 months.  This case is being adjourned again and again for the evidence of the complainant, in his absence but the complainant did not take care to appear and pursue his case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his case.  No further adjournment is justified.  This complaint pertains to the year of 2014.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and for want of prosecution of his case by the complainant.  File be consigned to the records.
