                        Case taken up at 2.00 P.M. as the  case is fixed for tendering an application for impleading LRs of deceased complainant since he has died as informed by complainant’s counsel on 12.1.2015 but today neither counsel of complainant nor any representative of the complainant appeared despite various calls wherefrom it is presumed that complainant counsel or his L.R’s are not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
