          Mahabir Vs. Relaince General      EA-7/2023

 

Present:  Sh.Krishan Kumar, Advocate for DH alongwith DH.

Sh. Pawan Kumar Bansal, Advocate for JD no.2.

 

         

          DH Mahabir has made a statement to the effect that order under execution application has been fully complied with. He further stated that he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement given by the decree-holder, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned after due compliance.
