Sh. Rajneesh Trehan Advocate for the OP has made a statement that they are paying Rs. 2,00,000/- as full and final payment to the complainant, regarding loss of his car. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the above statement of the learned counsel for the OP, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
