Learned counsel for OPs made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant to the tune of ₹25,000/- being claim of the vehicle. He sought 15 days time for making payment.
On the other hand, complainant made a statement that keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for OPs he withdraws the present complaint. He further stated that he has placed on record authority letter of the School Management. He further stated that if company fails to give the payment, then he reserves the right to file fresh complaint against the company on its expenses.
In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the company fails to make the payment of compromise amount, then the complainant reserves his right to file fresh complaint against the company. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
