ORDER

Present Review application  has been filed for reviewing order dated 02.03.2024 passed in CC/8/2020 pointing out the slip in typing and apparent error of not mentioning the date from which the interest is to be paid which is apparently the typographical error in the order. Hence, the present review application is allowed and the simple interest as ordered is ordered to be paid from the date of filing of the complaint i.e 08.06.2020.

 This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 02.03.2024 passed in CC/8/2020.

Let a copy of this order be served to the parties free of cost.
