This case coming on 09-06-2015 for filing Affidavit of OP before us in the presence of Sri H.S.ALI, Advocate for the Complainant, and of Sri.D.SIVA PRASAD, Advocate for the 2^nd OP, having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following.

 

 

DOCKET ORDER

(As per the Orders of the Hon’ble President on behalf of the Bench)

 

The Complainant filed not press memo after issuing notice to OP, stating that the claim is settled for an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs  only) and filed cheque for Rs.10,00,000/- bearing No.421757 dated 27-05-2015 drawn on HDFC Bank, Visakhapatnam in favour of the Complainant. Heard both sides. Memo is recorded. Hence, C.C. is dismissed as not pressed without costs. Memo filed by the complainant to take back the cheque  permitted.
