Present complaint has been filed by the wife of the deceased who died in the accident on collision with a truck bearing registration no. UP78AT3886.

                  After death of the policy holder when complainant staked her claim, the same was repudiated by the O.P. on the ground of not hearing Driving License for driving the transport vehicle may be LMV.

                According, to the complainant policy holder was driving Tempo, with non-transport LMV driving license which could not have been used for driving the tempo for commercial purpose.

              As such I do not find any illegality in the repudiation letter dated 26.10.2022 of the O.P.

             Hence, finding no deficiency from part of the O.P. the present complaint is dismissed.
