                      No evidence of the complainant is present. However, the complainant filed an application for withdrawal of the complaint with permission to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action and also filed another application for return of documents filed with the complaint. Ld. counsel for the complainant also made separate statement in the Forum to the effect that the complainant does not want to proceed further with the complaint due to some technical defect and as such the complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant may be permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

          In view of it, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so allowed by law. The original documents filed with the complaint be also returned to the complainant on proper receipt and identification.  Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
