Present:       Sh. Rohit Kaalas, Adv. for the complainant.

 

                   Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 20.7.2023 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.

                   Counsel for the complainant attached documents Ex.C-1 to Ex. C-8 with the complaint.

                  Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, after removing the technical defect, if any. The documents Ex.C2 & Ex.C3 are hereby ordered to be returned, in favour of the complainant, through his Advocate namely Sh. Rohit Kaalas, against proper receipt. File be consigned to the records.
