Final Order / Judgement

Present :  Sh.Baljit Singh, complainant with his counsel Sh.Sanjeet Singh,Adv.

                Sh.P.N.Khanna, Adv.counsel for the opposite party

 

          During the course of proceedings, counsel for the opposite party has produced on record copy of e-mail sent by the opposite party stating therein that the opposite party is ready to settle the matter in dispute on non standard basis subject to submission of RC transfer papers and NOC. Sh. Baljit Singh, complainant suffered his statement that as per the requirements of the opposite party, he will hand over the RC to the opposite party within one month from today and NOC has already been handed over to the surveyor of the opposite party at the time of survey and case may be disposed off accordingly.

          Since the opposite party is ready to settle the matter in dispute on non standard basis subject to submission of RC transfer papers and NOC and the complainant is ready to hand over the RC to the opposite party within one month from today as per the requirements of the opposite party, as such, instant complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to hand over the RC to the opposite party within one month from today and the opposite party is directed to settle the claim case of the complainant on non standard basis within two months from the date of receipt of the RC from the complainant. Parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
