Hazira submitted by both sides counsels. Heard both sides counsels and perused the judgment dated 30/06/2018 including Ptn.No.220 dated 01/10/2020 of the O.P. insurance Co.

The O.P. stated to instant the Complainant to submit registered cancellation certificate of damaged vehicle that in the judgment nothing written about the said instruction. Moreover, it is not clear from the contain of the petition above as what would the O.Ps are adoption to satisfy the award.

As such prayer of the O.P. direct the Complainant to submit registration cancellation certificate  is guaranteed.

Of course the O.P. may satisfy the award as per alternative would given in the judgment and their may apply to this District Commission for cancellation of registration of the damaged vehicle.

So with the above Ptn.No.220 is dismissed without cost.

Ask the O.Ps to satisfy the award within 7 (seven) days from today.
