The complaint is taken on board as per the request of the Complainant. The complainant is present and submitted that matter is settled out of the Forum between the parties hence he does not want to proceed further in the matter and he may be permitted to withdraw the compliant. Request of the complainant is accepted and he is allowed to withdraw the complaint. As the complaint is withdrawn, the proceeding is closed.
