                                                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of jurisdiction.

                                                At the initial stage, ld. Counsel for the complainant has moved an application for seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint due to technical defects.

                                                Heard.

                                                Keeping in view the contents of the application, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission is granted to the complainant to file the case before the appropriate court. Original documents be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same on the case file.

                                                File be consigned after due compliance.
