On 18/09/2013 Judgment delivered and placed in record. The case is disposed of on contest in favor of the complainant with an award of Rs. 881600 and cost of Rs 10000 which is to be paid by O.P. Insurance company within 45 days from this order. In default, interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum shall add on the total amount till realization.
