COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

O R D E R

               Ld. Counsel for the respondents has made a statement that they are ready to make payment of Rs. 2,95,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement. For the same atleast one month’s time be granted.

          Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is satisfied with the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the respondents and according to his statement, the present complainant may be disposed off.

          Statement of both the parties recorded separately.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the respondents, it is directed to the respondents to make the payment of Rs. 2,95,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement within one month from the date of passing of this order.

 

          With these directions the present complaint stands disposed off.

          File be consigned after due compliance.
